Terms of Service — QR Price Sync

QR Price Sync is a software tool that helps sellers manage product pricing and cost data, generate barcodes for their products, and optionally sync that data to a connected Clover point-of-sale ("POS") account. The Service also displays revenue and profit reports based on sales data retrieved from your connected POS account or entered manually.

QR Price Sync does not process payments. All payment processing occurs entirely through your Clover account (or other POS provider, if using Manual mode) and their respective payment systems. We never receive, store, or have access to your customers' card or payment information.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any business information you provide is accurate.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may only create and use an account for your own business, or a business you are authorized to represent.

• Clover: If you choose to connect a Clover account, you authorize QR Price Sync to access your Clover Inventory and Orders data (read and/or write, as described during the connection process) on your behalf, using Clover's official OAuth authorization process. You may disconnect this access at any time from your account settings or directly through Clover.
• Stripe: If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is processed by Stripe. Your payment card information is provided directly to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of Clover, Stripe, or any other third-party service we integrate with.

• QR Price Sync offers a Free plan and one or more paid subscription plans ("Pro," etc.), as described on our pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for the remaining period unless required by law.
• We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or connected third-party systems.
• Use the Service to store or transmit data you do not have the right to use (e.g., another business's proprietary pricing data without authorization).
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.

• You retain ownership of the product, pricing, cost, and sales data you enter into or generate through the Service ("Your Data").
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service to you.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Your Data, including pricing and cost information you enter.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that revenue/profit figures will be accurate in every circumstance — these figures depend on data entered by you and data received from connected third-party services, which we do not control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afrizoneshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms (e.g., Sections 8, 9, and 11) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date, or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
