Profit tracking for Clover sellers

Clover tells you what you sold. QR Price Sync tells you what you made — automatically, from the cost you entered when you added each product.

How profit is calculated

Every product you add carries two numbers: the price you sell it for and the cost you paid for it. When a sale closes on your Clover terminal, the sale comes back to QR Price Sync, gets matched to the product by its barcode, and is stored with a snapshot of that day's price and cost. Profit is simply what came in minus what that item cost you.

Because the cost is stored as a snapshot, changing a product's cost later never rewrites your past numbers. Last month's profit stays last month's profit.

What the dashboard shows

  • Revenue, profit and units sold across any date range you choose.
  • Quick presets for today, the last 7 days, 30 days and this month, plus custom dates.
  • Revenue and profit trends over time.
  • Your top-selling products for the period you're looking at.
  • Low-stock warnings for products where you track quantity.
  • CSV export of the period, on the Pro plan.

Stock levels come along for the ride

Set a quantity and a low-stock level on any product and each sale reduces the count for you. Restocking is one action: add the quantity, optionally record the new batch cost, and future sales use the new cost while past sales keep the old one.

Your numbers stay private

Card data never touches QR Price Sync — Clover keeps handling payments exactly as it does today. Your cost and margin data is only ever visible to your own account. See plans and pricing.
